Synopsis

During the annual Science Fair at Greenwood Academy, sixth-graders Mia, Oliver, and Zoe hear mysterious rhythmic tapping from a sealed storage room. The door bears a cryptic inscription: "Only the clever can enter, only the brave can leave." Discovering a loose floorboard, they find a dusty notebook with geometric symbols and a tiny key. The padlock has scratched numbers 7, 3, and 9. Deciphering the symbols as spatial directions, they navigate to a portrait of the school’s founder and retrieve a hidden brass key. Opening the door reveals a room with a crate secured by a nine-tile sliding puzzle. Solving it, they uncover a map and old letters leading to a loose brick containing a metal time capsule from 1923. A letter explains the tapping was a wind chime connected to an air vent. The trio plans to reveal their find at the Science Fair’s closing ceremony, showcasing their teamwork and cleverness.
